Fig 1. Artist Board for Do Ho Suh

Do Ho suh is a contemporary Korean artist known for his sculpture and installation.The concept of "home" was repeated in his fiber installations, and everyday household items became one of the most important elements in his artistic creation.

With his desire for the family, his works transform the familiarity of the home with empty questions into an extreme space, in which "home" is both an idealized concept and a physical reality. Through these spaces, he explores the concept of how family and identity constantly evolve in today's global society, and when we construct it how culture and tradition and transfer intersect. My final project is also about home, and his work uses translucent silk stockings fabric, so I bought a lot of silk stockings fabric as the base material.
