New art movement is the end of the 19th century and the rise of design movement in Europe, first produced in Britain, because the designers face art and crafts declining so determined to create a new design style, after spread to Austria, Germany, Belgium, Spain and other European regions, its design scope is very wide, covering architecture, indoor, products, clothing, graphic, jewelry, and many other fields.

Characteristics of the Art New Art movement:

① flow of decorative curve shape

② deliberately use asymmetric decoration

③ color more choose soft light red, lavender, tender green and other cream

④ forms and patterns all attach great importance to the symbolic

⑤ material combination and diverse, including silk, swan practice, gems, etc

Women's wear style during the art movement period
